Do You Require a Wedding Planner?
Yes! We require a certified wedding planner to be part of your wedding dream team. While you will have a dedicated team of experts from our hotel for a flawless execution, there are duties that a wedding planner assists you with to bring every piece of the puzzle fully together for you.
Are Tables, Linens, Chairs, Plates, Silverware, and Glassware Provided?
They sure are! We provide house inventory items for all our celebrations, including dance floor and stage pieces.
What's the Tax and Service Charge?
Prices are subject to 26% taxable service charge and current Virginia sale tax of 6%
Can I Offer My Guests Overnight Accommodations?
Absolutely! Your loved ones can make a full weekend of celebrating and spend the weekend in our guest rooms. We offer Room Blocks at discounted rates, and guests will have until thirty days prior to check in to reserve their room at the discounted rate. Ask your specialist for more further details.
Is Parking Available?
Complimentary parking is available in the garage adjacent to our venue. For those staying the weekend, overnight parking is available for $20 nightly.
Valet parking is available and ranges from $15-$40 depending on the length of stay.
How Much Is The Deposit, When Is It Due, Is There A Payment Plan?
A non-refundable 25% deposit of the minimum is required at agreement signing. If you'd like to be set up on a payment plan for the remaining deposit, we can do that! Otherwise, the remainder of the minimum is due twelve days before you say, "I Do", in addition to service charges, taxes, and a 20% contingency fee.
My Wedding Is Booked! What Are The Due Dates?
Menu selections in addition to entree counts are due twenty-one days prior to the wedding, and your final guarantee is due seven days prior.
If you did not opt for a payment plan when contracting, the remaining balance of the minimum in addition to service charge, taxes, and a 20% contingency fee are due twelve days prior to the wedding. If you did opt for a deposit schedule, service charges, tax, and a 20% contingency are due twelve days prior to the wedding.
Does Your Venue Allow Outside Catering?
If our menu options aren't able to accommodate your culinary preferences, we do allow Outside Caterers for religious or cultural events for $60 per person (exclusive of service charge and taxes). Your selected caterer would need to carry the proper insurance and be approved by our Executive Chef.
Can You Accommodate Allergies and/or Dietary Preferences?
We absolutely can! All are welcomed to dine with us, and we will make the proper adjustments/modifications upon request. Please notify your Wedding Specialist.
Vendors
All vendors who work with you are required to carry insurance and submit their COI (Certificate of Insurance) before you walk down the aisle.
Vendor meals are provided at $55 per entree and are provided a Chef's Choice Meal.

Use the rooming list template to provide your guests details. If the rooming list does not contain credit card information, you can send it directly to your Event Manager. If you will include individual credit card numbers for each guest, see your Event Manager for next steps.

Visit this one-stop location for all key information about your wedding event. Manage details before, during, and after your event. Collaborative Diagramming
A collaborative program that helps you and your Event Manager design professional create customized room diagrams and seating to design the best room layouts for your event. You can make your own edits to diagrams to ensure room setups match your vision.
HyRes
Hyatt’s proprietary group reservation process with customized links to allow your guests to book online within the group block. It also gives you the ability to view reports through the Hyatt Planner Portal.
